Sandwich Selection
- All sandwiches are served with a variety of potato chips, a pickle spear and your choice of yukon gold potato and bacon salad, cole slaw, pasta salad or a fresh fruit cup. All sandwiches can be ordered in half portions accompanied with any side item upon request. ($2.00 surcharge for a cup of soup or any of our salads offered in half portions.)
- All sandwiches can be prepared with any of the cheeses on the menu as well as the different varieties of bread.
- All special requests will be honored and priced accordingly based on availability.
- All sandwiches can be served as a boxed lunch to be served with choice of side item, homemade cookie, cutlery kit, and napkin for an additional surcharge of $4.00 per person with a 10 person minimum. All special requests will be discussed as needed between vendor and client.

Hand pulled smoked pork topped with a carolina style cole slaw and finished with an eastern barbeque sauce all served on fresh yeast rolls.
Chai Tea Dusted Chicken Pita
Grilled chicken dusted with a chai tea rub accompanied with thin slices of cucumber, diced red onion, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and a garlic ranch dressing all tossed together and served in a warm pita pocket.

Pesto marinated grilled chicken breast topped with an herb aioli, garlic infused diced tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella cheese served on a toasted panini.

Thick sliced all beef bologna perfectly griddled and topped with a whole grain mustard aioli, provolone cheese, tobacco onions, and shredded lettuce served on a toasted brioche roll.

Slices of grilled zucchini, summer squash, red onion, and julienned strips of roasted red peppers all marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette and finished with sun dried tomato cream cheese wrapped in a spinach tortilla.
