Salad Selection
- All salads can be served with any of our signature dressings at no additional charge. Choices include: thousand island, bleu cheese, balsamic, italian, garlic ranch, raspberry vinaigrette, strawberry champagne vinaigrette, honey dijon and creamy honey chipotle barbeque ranch dressing.
- All salads are offered with a box lunch option and will be served with homemade cookie, cutlery kit, and napkin for an additional surcharge of $3.00 per person with a 10 person minimum. All special requests will be discussed as needed between client and vendor.
Vegetarian Plate
Classic Cobb Salad
Chopped romaine lettuce topped with strips of smoked turkey, honey cured ham, hard boiled eggs, chopped bacon, julienne tomatoes, and fresh avocado slices served with honey dijon mustard dressing.
Fresh Melon and Berry Salad 
A collection of diced pineapple, cantaloupe, red grapes, honeydew melon, raspberries, and strawberries served with your choice of a chambord infused yogurt or a honey lime yogurt.
Fresh Spinach and Strawberry Salad
Fresh baby spinach is accompanied with toasted pine nuts, slices of fresh strawberries, julienne carrots, a roasted roma tomato, and a wedge of imported brie cheese served with strawberry champagne vinaigrette.
Greek Salad
Chopped romaine lettuce topped with kalamatta olives, marinated roma tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, roasted red pepper strips, and sliced cucumbers served with a balsamic vinaigrette.
Imported Field Green Salad
A unique blend of mescaline, treviso, radicchio, and red leaf lettuce topped with candied walnuts, roma tomato wedges, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese served with a raspberry vinaigrette.
Southwestern Salad
Chopped romaine lettuce served beneath a blend of roasted corn, black beans, strips of blackened chicken, roasted poblano peppers, fresh pico de gallo and sliced avocado topped with shredded pepper jack cheese and tortilla strips served with a creamy honey chipotle barbeque ranch dressing.
