All displays are based on a 10 person minimum. All displays are offered according to client's need and will be priced accordingly.
Vegetarian Plate
Bruschetta Collection
A collection of artichoke tapenade, olive tapenade, classic tomato, pancetta, fontina, prosciutto, and mozzarella bruschetta served on roasted garlic crostinis.
Caribbean Fruit Display 
A collection of fresh fruits that include: pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, strawberries, raspberries, star fruit, mango, and papaya accompanied with a gran marnier and passion fruit yogurt sauce for dipping.
Harvest Display of Vegetables
A collection of baby carrots, celery, asparagus, tri colored bell peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and a variety of baby vegetables accompanied with garlic ranch and parmesan peppercorn dressings.
Imported Baked Brie
A wheel of imported brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry and presented with raspberry preserves, grapes, candied almonds, crackers, and slices of french baguette bread.
Imported Cheese Display 
A collection of cheeses from around the world that include: maytag bleu cheese, port salut, english derby sage, emmenthaler swiss, gruyere, and horseradish havarti accompanied with a variety of candied nuts, dried fruits, grapes and crackers.
Mediterranean Antipasto Display
A celebration of Italian meats that include: prosciutto, cappicola, mortadella, hard salami and pepperoni accompanied with fresh mozzarella, smoked gouda, and fontina cheeses as well as a variety of grilled vegetables, pepperoncinis, and kalamatta olives.
Tuxedo Desert Collection 
A unique collection of assorted black and white petit fours, milk chocolate dipped strawberries, miniature hazelnut cheesecake bites, and kahlua truffles.
Ultimate Confection Display
A diverse collection of several confections that include: white chocolate and macadamia nut bark, new orleans style pralines, milk chocolate dipped english toffee, and additional assorted treats.
