A Collection of traditional european fare that includes; mini croissants served with black raspberry butter, a variety of bagels served with harvest vegetable cream cheese and traditional lox with cream cheese, a collection of miniature quiches, homemade toasted pecan granola with honey lime yogurt and finished with a variety of seasonal melons and berries.
Cornflake Crusted French toast
Slices of french bread dipped in a traditional french toast batter and rolled in cinnamon dusted cornflakes, fried to a golden brown, and served with maple syrup, a side of seasonal melon, and your choice of sliced applewood bacon or sage
sausage patties.
Country Scrambler
Diced hashbrown potatoes mixed with a blend of diced yellow onion, diced green and red bell pepper, crumbled sage sausage, diced country ham, shredded smoked cheddar cheese, and eggs topped with more cheese and chopped bacon then baked
to perfection. Served with a side of country gravy and buttermilk biscuits.
Deluxe Continental Breakfast Display
A collection of breakfast breads, pastries and muffins that include: banana and black walnut bread; cranberry and candied almond muffins; wild blueberry muffins; morning glory muffins; cherry, cream cheese, and apple strudel pastries; coffee crumb cake; strawberry filled croissants; a variety of individual yogurts; homemade honey roasted granola; and a selection
of seasonal fruit. This display is served with a variety of cream cheeses, flavored butters that include: black raspberry and
honey butter, a variety of fruit juices that include: orange, apple and grapefruit. Various infused waters include:
kiwi apple, strawberry pineapple and citrus blend. Waters can be substituted for fruit juices at no additional charge or
added to this display for a surcharge based on amount needed.
Build your own breakfast sandwich:
1. Choose your bread: buttermilk biscuit, croissant, English muffin, plain bagel or flour tortilla.
2. Choose your cheese: sliced cheddar, sliced American, shredded Monterey jack or provolone and havarti.
3. Choose your egg: fried, scrambled, poached or sunny side up.
4. Choose your meat: applewood smoked bacon, sliced sage sausage, grilled ham, or griddled beef bologna.
5. Choose your toppings: herb aioli, whole grain mustard aioli, mayo, salsa, ketchup, grape jelly, diced onions or diced tomatoes.
